01. How many days will I get my website ready?

We believe in delivering the best website as early as possible! But you can expect your website to be live in 15-30 days! (some time its depend-upon providing content).

02. What are the costs if I just want a ready website for my business?

You can checkout our Basic Plan to know the minimal cost required for a fully responsive website with free domain name and hosting.

03. How is the Basic plan different from the Ecommerce?

We have two service plans with rich features for users of all experience levels. If you wish to outgrow your current plan, you can upgrade to a more sophisticated plan and get more website pages and increased storage for your content.

04. Can I upgrade my package at any time? What would happen during the upgrade?

Yes .You can upgrade your package at any time. The price will remain the same.

05. What is a Domain Name? Can I get my own through Localforever?

A domain name is the unique address for your business like for eg. www.YourCompanyname.com, this name provides a unique identity to your brand and being found on search engine. Both our basic and ecommerce plans include a free .com domain.

06. I already have a domain name that I purchased earlier. Can I use it?

Yes, Ofcourse! You can use your existing domain by clicking on option ‘I will use my own domain name’ on the second page of the order process. However, the pricing will remain the same even if you use your own domain name, SSL, Hosting.

07. Do you have any money back guarantee?

We intend to deliver a quality & have our share of initial investment, so we do not offer any refund or money back guarantee.

08. Do you offer responsive and mobile-friendly website?

Yes! Any website we design or develop in our office is built using platforms such as Bootstrap, which is an open source tool kit for developing mobile and device-friendly heart websites, that is, the website will automatically configure the screen to be a desktop or mobile phone, desktop or iPod.

09. How does the payment process work?

Our payment plans are very affordable and convenient, and come with various options depending on the final website price of what plan (package) is offered to you. When the theme and design are finalized, the project starts with a 50% or 30% down payment. Once the first version of the Website has been approved, we request a final balance payment after testing, validating and streamlining the entire website for the second time with the remaining payment.

10. How can I track the progress of website design?

Since projects are usually divided into modules, each client knows which section or section to develop each week. More importantly, our staff will keep our post in progress on a daily or weekly basis.
